Happy Friday friends - we have made it to the end of the week.  If you have been following along on my bathroom project, this is the end of week 3.  Yes - you read that correctly - the end of week 3...  This project is starting to give me some major anxiety.  I honestly can't even get into the details yet, but I do promise to share all of the highs and the lows when it is complete!  I had to update my last Friday Ramblings post regarding one of my sources - be sure to check that back out here if you read that post.

Here are a few photos of the bathroom as it sits.  The tub is in, backer board is up, along with the red guard.  The plumbing is all complete and ready to be hooked up.  The subfloor is also down.  Remaining items are electrical, drywall, paint, tile, hook everything up, and then the floor!  Oh how that day can not come soon enough.

I finally bought a pair of shoes! These ended up being the winners.

I stopped by Nordstrom today and I loved the various body suits they had.  I am surprised I like these so much, but I feel like they are going to be the upcoming trend this summer.  Here was my favorite - and that price is perfection.

I am on the hunt for some turkish towels to hang in my new bathroom.  Saw these at Ballard and am thinking of ordering.  I would love to hear if anyone has a good site for these towels - Ballard was one of the only ones I saw:).

If you are like me - about 85% of your closest girlfriends are either pregnant or just had a baby.  I love these gift boxes from Monica + Andy.  I have a few that should be delivering in the next few months, can't wait to send one.

These nightstands are nothing new, but I still love them.  I think they are timeless and can be used in almost any room design.

I also have quite a few friends moving into new homes and have asked my opinion on paint colors.  My advice has been pretty consistent - go light on the walls in the beginning.  Do a light grey/bright white, and paint all trim and ceilings a bright white.  After you move in, I would push to focus on each room, and possibly re-paint, but if you are looking for a good neutral base, and a place to start - here are my go to paint colors:

Walls -
Sherwin Williams Repose Grey
Benjamin Moore Classic Grey

Ceiling/Trim -
Valspar Pale Bloom
Benjamin Moore Cloud White

AND if you are looking for a dark accent color to paint your interior doors (because I am on the black door train everyday all day) - I would recommend:
Sherwin Williams  Iron Ore

I am obsessed with these chairs.  These would look awesome complementing a sectional in a larger space or opposite a couch in a living room.

Lastly - have you all seen these "Must Have" boxes.  This limited-edition box is full of chic, sun-ready accessories from major brands.  The box is valued at over $600 but is for sale for only $225.  A portion of sales go to a great cause and benefit the Council of Fashion Designers of America.  Check it out here!

My crew (minus Mike) from last weekend:).  We had such a good weekend hanging with friends and family.  There was a lot of travel, but it was worth it.  And the firework show on the 4th was amazing!
